The Four Plus One Band began life in 2015 with a line-up consisting of Alun (saxophone), Chris (bass), Dave (guitar), Gwyn (congas) and Pam (vocals).

In 2016 Dave and Gwyn left the band and we were joined by Keith (guitar) and John (drums).

We performed over 20 times at a variety of venues including Care Homes, Art Centres, Inner Wheel, Theatres, Anniversary Parties, Food Festivals, Vintage Fairs, Memory Cafes, Dementia Carers events and Tea Dances.
